For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all sales of opened or used cosmetic products are final and non-refundable.

Unopened products in their original, unused, and resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email hello@raicesbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.

Sale, promotional, and bundle items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Raíces Beauty Cosmetics products are intended for external, cosmetic use only. Ingredients — including natural and plant-derived ones — may cause irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reactions in some individuals. Always review the full ingredient list on the product packaging before use, and perform a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin prior to full application.

Discontinue use immediately and consult a licensed medical professional if you experience redness, itching, swelling, rash, burning, or any other adverse reaction. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known medical condition or skin sensitivity, consult your healthcare provider before using any cosmetic product.

All products are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raíces Beauty Cosmetics, its owners, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reaction, skin irritation, loss of profits, or emotional distress, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By purchasing and using Raíces Beauty Cosmetics products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use, including the risk of allergic or adverse skin reactions, and agree to release and hold harmless Raíces Beauty Cosmetics from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to such use.

These policies are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Raíces Beauty Cosmetics is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
